I only got it wet one time, and by the next day it had completely stopped working. I really expected it to hold up better based on the waterproof claim. it left me disappointed and wishing I had gone with something else.

I already knew the range wasn’t going to be perfect before I bought it, so that wasn’t really a surprise. It still works nicely for me and my partner most of the time. It’s a cute little way to feel close when we’re apart, and we both kinda really like it.

My Bond Touch charges super quick, i don’t have to plug it in every single day, which is clutch. So far, no issues at all. I’m really happy with it

The bracelet itself is nice, and I expected the app setup to be simple across the board. It worked right away on my newer phone, but my partner had a hard time getting it to connect on an older Android. By the time they finally got back to me, I was just over it. The whole replacement process was disappointing, and after going through that, I don’t think I’d feel confident relying on it again.

I was really excited when I first got my Bond Touch, and for the first couple of days I thought it was such a cute idea. When it works, it does feel sweet and personal, especially since I got it to feel more connected throughout the day.
After about a week, though, the battery started bothering me. Mine barely lasts as long as I expected, and I feel like I’m charging it every day or every other day. By the afternoon or evening it’s already dead sometimes, which kind of defeats the purpose of wearing it. For the price, I thought the battery would be a lot better.

I have to say, the website didn’t make the best impression on me. The overall design feels a little cluttered, and the colors and layout don’t really come together in a professional way. It kind of made the brand feel cheaper than it probably is. Browsing around wasn’t a great experience, it felt more confusing than it needed to be.

I mostly only paid attention to the main delivery updates, and those did show up late a couple times. It was a little annoying not knowing exactly where the package was, but it still arrived in decent shape, so overall it was okay.

It works okay overall, but the notifications, are inconsistent. Sometimes they show up late, and sometimes, they don’t come through at all. It’s not a huge deal, but it does get kind of annoying

These bracelets are definitely cute, no question about it. But the pairing drops constantly, and I swear we’ve had to set them up again more times than should ever be necessary. It’s super annoying because when they work, they’re nice, but the connection issues are impossible to ignore
